I picked up the camera late in life, I wish I had started sooner.  Once I started looking at things through the lens my appreciation for God's splendor expanded exponentially.   I learned to finally "be still".  I have a restless spirit, but when I pick up the lens I am able to stop, breath, and finally see things as they are meant to be seen.  

I have traveled the globe and seen so much I wish I had captured prior to starting photography, so I have much to catch up on and hopefully will be able to do so in the future.  I take classes and continue to enhance my ability to capture light and post process the images my camera captures, but I still have so much more to learn.  We are so blessed to live in a place with so much inherent beauty, it would be a shame not to share it all.
